Line baking tray with an aluminium foil.
Push one wooden stick into each banana piece and place it on the lined baking tray
Freeze for 1 hour
Next make the homemade chocolate by mixing coconut oil, syrup and sweetener in a small saucepan over a low heat until completely melted. Don’t boil it!
Remove from the heat and whisk in the cacao; transfer into a deep bowl or a jug
Dip three quarters of each banana piece into the chocolate mixture and then dip it in the crushed nuts
Freeze for further 30 minutes or until it’s all nicely set.
